Benefits
Drivers Benefits Package:
- Health, Vision & Dental Insurance are paid 100% for driver. Insurance is offered for family members at additional cost.
- Tankers- Start .65 cents per mile.
- Flatbed- Start .75 cents per mile.
- 1 Year = 1 Week, 3 Years = 2 Weeks, 10 Years = 3 Weeks Paid Vacation
- Birthday Paid after 1 Year = 500 miles at Drivers rate of pay.
- Holiday Pay 500 miles at rate of pay. If working on that day plus miles already ran, not eligible til 90 days.
- Eligible after 90 days probation Period. $2000.00 bonus (Safety) every 6 months. $1000.00 sign on bonus paid $500.00 after 30 days and $500.00 after 90 days.
- Uniforms provided/ driver required to wear uniform shirt.
- We wash trucks at Stacked Logistics facility every weekend unless you’re out, then we will have it washed out on the road.
- Direct Deposit on paychecks.
- $50.00 Tarp Pay.
- Pump off pay $40.00.
- $20.00 per drop after 1st drop on all loads.
- All trucks are equipped with XM Sirius Radio.
- Incentive bonus: Referral program if you refer a driver and they are employed at Stacked 90 days, then you will receive a $1000.00 bonus.
- Rider policy in place $250.00 to the driver per year. Rider must be 21 and over.
Minimum Driver Qualification
A. Must meet all Federal Motor Carrier guidelines.
B. Must have a valid Commercial Driver Licenses with proper endorsements.
C. No Serious or disqualifying traffic violations within the last three years.
D. A minimum of two (2) years experience in the operation of tractor/trailer equipment.
E. Must be 25 years old.
